How I've changed

I think I have changed a lot now. I used to be short and heavy. But now I'm tall and healthy. I used to wear glasses, but now I haven't. Because I do eye exercises every morning. I used to get up quite late every morning,because I often stay up late at night. But now I have changed my living habbits, I can get up early in the morning and I often do morning exercises . I'm active during the day now. I used to watch TV and listen to music a lot. But now I just watch TV on weekend. I spend more time in learning. So I now have a great progress.
