facilitate怎么记忆

facilitate 实际上是在形容词 facile（adj.灵巧的；易做到的）基础上，去掉 e，加上 ity 变成名词 facility（n.设施；设备），即帮助人做事的东西。然后去掉 y，再加上一个动词的后缀就成了对应的动词形式，表示“使容易做到，使变得简单，促进”，也有 help（v.帮助）的意思。
